We are currently hiring for our full-time Receptionist/Patient Administrator position! We're seeking a hardworking, easy-going, dedicated team player to join our existing front office team. You'll make a positive impact in the patient experience!

Responsibilities:
-
Answer telephone with proper courtesy and language, and maintain a professional attitude until the telephone call is completed.

Take messages and responds to patient inquiries regarding schedule, service offerings, insurance, etc.

Establish new patient information and maintains existing patient information (data entry) in both paper chart and electronic formats.

Obtain insurance authorizations and information regarding the patient’s insurance status.
-
Schedule new and existing patients.
-
Greet patients and prepare patient chart upon arrival.
-
Responsible for daily tasks assigned by Office Manager and Physical Therapist. These include but are not limited to: filing, copying, faxing, mailing.

Requirements:

Ability to take direction from Physical Therapists and Office Managers and work as a team member.

Keep office area clean and organized.​
